Prior to project start date, it is the full responsibility of Client to organize and provide all requested assets to Agency including but not limited to, branding, photo and video assets, photo and video assets of portfolio projects, project information and more. Delays caused by client will incur fees.
It is recommended to include lifestyle photos and videos featuring your team & culture. Please have these assets organized for Agency prior to project start. If you need help with executing this, please inquire about our Content Creation packages.
Establishing Brand Standards is very important. You don’t need to change your logo, but you do need to have established colors, fonts, branding elements, etc. so we have a blueprint of the design before we start to build your site. To ensure a strong aesthetic foundation, Bespoke Branding Experience is strongly recommended and may be required prior to engaging AFMKTG for a Web Design & Development package.
This sprint timeline is firm and does not continue past the five week timeline; we recommend electing a member of your team to be the dedicated point person to approve and review the site every step of the way to stay on schedule.
