Please review the terms and conditions associated with our Referral & Reward Program carefully. Rewards are issued upon the successful engagement of the referred client with AFMKTG. Certain conditions may apply, and not all referrals may qualify for the reward.
Terms and conditions listed below:
Eligibility Requirements: Referral rewards are only applicable to new clients who sign a contract with AFMKTG and remain in good standing for a minimum of 6 months. Lead source must be stated at first contact. There is no limit to the number of referrals a referrer can make. Rewards are issued in the form of account credit or cash, as chosen by the referrer, and are non-transferable. Rewards are offered at the introduction of a new client and are not offered for each project a client may elect to complete nor are they offered for new projects for an existing client.
Referral Validity: The referred client must not have been a previous client or have had prior contact with AFMKTG in the last 12 months to qualify for the referral reward.
Reward Processing: Referral rewards will be processed within 60 days after the referred client signs their contract.
Program Changes: AFMKTG reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect rewards that have already been earned.
Tax Implications: Referral rewards may be subject to taxes, and it is the responsibility of the referrer to report any applicable income as required by law.
Disqualification: Referrals that involve fraudulent activities or are in violation of program rules will result in disqualification and forfeiture of any earned rewards.
