CityMark Development tasked AFMKTG with a comprehensive rebrand of their company, from brand mark to social media and website.

CityMark’s original brand, which was developed at the company’s inception in 2000, had yet to evolve with the company as they continue to address the needs of our city with an emphasis on modern design and a customer-focused approach. The CityMark team fosters a culture of cool, and they needed a brand mark and strategy to reflect that.

The new CityMark brand evokes feelings of modernity, boldness, innovation, and sophistication, principles that reflect CityMark’s achievements in urban design and development. The rebrand also serves to solidify the company has one united front, CityMark Companies, as opposed to four different branches of business.

This rebrand finally articulates CityMark’s seamless integration of quality craftsmanship, timeless neighborhoods, and a locals expertise with forward-thinking, fresh design, and urban energy. The perfect way to re-introduce the CityMark brand was through their web presence, which included a process to consolidate four business divisions and four website into one seamless user experience.
