Community Programming
Solana is an exclusive coastal community in Solana Beach, CA crafted by a prestigious developer with over 115 years of legacy. At the heart of this development lies the Solana Beach Social Club, a vibrant centerpiece that guided the creation of the community's brand identity. Inspired by the sophistication of luxury hospitality and premium amenities, the Social Club offers residents a refined space to connect, socialize, and indulge in the ultimate coastal living experience.
At AFMKTG, we provided key services in research, strategy, and community programming, leading the development of Solana’s brand identity and marketing strategy. Tasked with uniting all consultants under a guiding vision, we shaped the community’s core values to reflect those of its future residents. The ideation of the Solana Beach Social Club kicked off our efforts, and we further developed interior design direction, made strategic recommendations for community amenities, and ensured alignment across all project stakeholders.
Our strategic marketing plan included a comprehensive media program, event marketing, positioning, and copywriting. In addition to crafting this strategy, we also developed the name for this future development, Riva, with branding efforts soon to follow. Through our holistic approach, AFMKTG helped position Solana as a standout luxury coastal community where everyday living feels like a lavish getaway in a connected, vibrant environment.
