Henson Ranch, a new community of 96 single-family homes, sought to carve out its unique identity that resonated with the area's agricultural lifestyle in Sutter County, California.

The brand mark, rooted in tradition with a contemporary twist, felt familiar to buyers entrenched in the region's agricultural lifestyle. Its traditional serif font exuded trustworthiness, while a contrasting sans-serif tagline added a modern touch. The earthy green and brown palette, complemented by vibrant sunset yellow, cleverly emphasized agriculture over eco-centric themes, ensuring that sustainability wasn't the project's sole focus.

To bring this project to life digitally, a streamlined website was designed and developed to be informational and interactive, with a custom map element designed by AFMKTG that allows for status changes by the on-site sales team at a moments notice.
