Welcome to Dezi, a contemporary and mid-century oasis brought to life by CityMark development. Tasked with the creation of a unique brand identity for a community our mission was to forge a brand that embodies modern living while paying homage to the area's mid-century allure.

Dezi's name and brand essence capture the essence of modernity with a nod to the architectural and design heritage of its locale, as a new “destination” in this area of town. The logo's design, featuring slightly tilted letterforms, injects personality into the clean and readable font, making it stand out with charm and uniqueness.

The illustrative logo mark, inspired by the selected breeze block of the property, intricately ties the brand to Dezi's architectural nuances, and represents the three unique sites on this property, while celebrating the beauty of imperfection and the community's interconnectedness.
