Welcome to Dezi, a contemporary and mid-century oasis brought to life by CityMark development.

Tasked with the creation of a unique brand identity for a community our mission was to forge a brand that embodies modern living while paying homage to the area's mid-century allure.

From naming to branding, our aim was to weave a seamless narrative that resonates through every aspect of the community, inviting residents to a place they can proudly call home.

The project's scope spanned across Naming, Visual Brand Identity, Brand Guidelines, Color Schemes, Typography, Brand Strategy, Target Audience Analysis, Copywriting, Art Direction, and Signage Design, ensuring a cohesive and immersive brand experience.

Dezi's name and brand essence capture the essence of modernity with a nod to the architectural and design heritage of its locale, as a new “destination” in this area of town. The brand logo, with its friendly demeanor and a subtle salute to mid-century aesthetics, perfectly encapsulates a blend of casual elegance. The logo's design, featuring slightly tilted letterforms, injects personality into the clean and readable font, making it stand out with charm and uniqueness.

The illustrative logo mark, inspired by the selected breeze block of the property, intricately ties the brand to Dezi's architectural nuances, and represents the three unique sites on this property, while celebrating the beauty of imperfection and the community's interconnectedness. The color palette mirrors the architectural exterior and the natural landscapes surrounding the property, with added bursts of color to attract and welcome a lively and diverse community.
